Modern Slavery Policy
Last updated: January 30, 2026
Alps Agility (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business and supply chain, and imposes the same high standards on our suppliers.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.
1. Structure of the Organization
Alps Agility is a boutique technology consultancy specializing in data platforms, cloud migration, and AI/ML solutions. We operate primarily in the United Kingdom and work with a range of clients across various sectors.
2. Policies
As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery, we have implemented the following policies:
- Code of Conduct: We require all employees and suppliers to uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
- Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organization. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking.
- Supplier Code of Conduct: We differ to working with suppliers who treat their workers with dignity and respect, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
3. Due Diligence Processes
As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have adopted the following due diligence procedures:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
4. Risk Assessment and Management
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our business to be low, given the skilled nature of the consultancy services we provide. However, we remain vigilant and review our supply chain to ensure compliance with our values. Our supply chain primarily consists of:
- IT equipment and software providers.
- Professional services (e.g., legal, accounting).
- Office facilities and management.
We focus our risk assessment on areas where there may be a higher potential for leverage or lack of visibility, although typically our direct suppliers are large, reputable global organizations with their own robust policies.
5. Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff. We also require our business partners to provide training to their staff and suppliers and providers.
6. Key Performance Indicators
We will know the effectiveness of the steps that we are taking to ensure that slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain if:
- No reports are received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies to indicate that modern slavery practices have been identified.
7. Review
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
